DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE? No, you can stop by anytime during business hours for an estimate.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ESTIMATE COST? Estimates are free of charge.

DO YOU ONLY DO REPAIR WORK FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES? No. While we do work with most insurance companies, we also work with customers who pay us themselves.

ARE YOU OPEN ON WEEKENDS? The front office is open on Saturday mornings. However, there are no technicians working on cars during weekends.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO WRITE AN ESTIMATE? When you bring your vehicle in for a free estimate, you will also need either your insurance card or registration.

CAN I DROP MY CAR OFF AFTER HOURS? Yes, we do have a night drop for keys.

IS MY CAR KEPT INSIDE WHILE IT IS THERE FOR REPAIR? What phase of repair your vehicle is in will determine whether it is stored inside or outside. We store vehicles outside in a secured lot.

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE? Yes, we work with all insurance companies and are a direct repair for most major insurance companies.
